We've been going to Giorgio's for the past 25 years or more. Our favorite restaurant in town. We love the Italian dishes but unfortunately last night was the exception. My husband's dinner was great but I ordered the $30 special with shrimp and scallops. It was supposed to be a pink sauce and it was not. My scallops had no flavor and were chewy. I mentioned to the very nice waitress that I was unhappy with my meal. Michelle the manager came over and instead of saying we're sorry you were unhappy waved in front of me her order form of the scallops that they were bought the previous day. The only thing she should have asked is how can we make this right. She took my full meal back to the kitchen walked away and didn't even say we'll bring you a dessert anything just to make it right. Our waitress kept apologizing but unfortunately Michelle doesn't understand that the customer should at least be treated with respect.

I was so impressed during my experience here. I’ve heard about this restaurant constantly, as it is quite famous locally. It genuinely lived up to the hype. The staff were so friendly and the service was lighting fast! The cocktails were genuinely fantastic, I could not stop talking to my wife about my drink. The tortellini alfredo was extremely good and filling. The atmosphere was awesome and felt very relaxed as well. Definitely one of the Utica area’s best! They also have a dessert board which was very helpful to decide what you want.

I was so excited to try this place as it is rated number one and has good reviews. I’m very disappointed as the presentation was extremely sloppy and the pasta was definitely boxed pasta. The meatballs were very mushy and my pasta was sitting in a pool of water/marinara. Thought dessert would redeem dinner but they only offer cakes. No tiramisu or cannoli or anything. Service however was pretty good.

I moved out of the area for work 17 years ago and return every two years or so to visit friends. Each time I return some staple of my childhood local business has gone under and it makes me sad. Recently returned to Georgio's and the food was better than anything I've had in Maine or NYC. The staff was wonderful, the Geogio's greens and Raspberry chicken sandwich can not be beaten or replicated by anyone. I hope you stay in buisness forever and thank you so much for bringing back fond memories. ❤️

We researched Georgio’s before visiting. I was excited to try their Village Greens. BANG! They rocked, and so did our entire dining experience. Staff was perfect. Highly recommend this sweet little joint. Call ahead to get the low down if you’re new to the establishment.

Things started our poorly when the young bartender forgot to put the Espresso in my Espresso Martini. It only went further downhill from there. The vegetable dish was sloppy, unseasoned and dry as all hell. The pasta dish was slightly better but again had zero seasoning and a poor terrible presentation. The most positive thing I can say is that the drink prices were reasonable.

A great dining experience at Georgios in New Hartford Friday evening. The Smoked Branzino Bruschetta was out of this world! The Salmon dish was flavorful and well presented and the Seafood Antipasto was spot on with Clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and eggplant. Artichoke hearts so that and, the olives around this dish off beautifully! (I brought over half of it home! ) Service was top notch and unpretentious and the prices are more than fair. Bonus for me, they served "Athletic" NA beer! We've always had a great meal at Georgios and look forward to returning soon!

So me and my wife decided to try this place for dinner so glad we did the service was super fast and friendly and the food was delicious well worth the drive.
